Back To Basics: Walking Workout

I took off the month of January to rest I had spent some time taking care of my mom. Last year I started to revamp my workout playlists. So I start all over again with my walking out. I decided to keep my workout for at least four times to be able to give a fair synopsis of the workout.

The following workouts are from one of my favorite online trainers: BurpeeGirl. I love her workout and her walking workouts are top-tier.

*BurpeeGirl Walking Workout*

DISCLAIMER: These workouts are my first impressions of the workouts.

The first workout is 45 Minutes 5000 steps 450 cal workout. I love the workouts so far. The moves are not hard to do and her sections are usually split into 4 or 5 sections. She gives a water break in between. So far so good a ten out of ten.

The following workout is another 45-minute workout. This workout is called 45 minutes 5000 steps 450 calories. On first impression, this workout seems to have more intense walking workout. Although the moves are a little more intense the workout is still fun. Another 10 out of 10 but definitely more intense.

The following workout is another 45-minute workout. This workout is called 45 min Walking For Weight Loss Full Body Burning. The workout is a lot of fun there is a little burning afterwards. The workout is a 10 out of 10.

The last BurpeeGirl workout isn’t a 45-minute workout. This workout is a 30-minute walking for weight loss. I have only done this workout once and my first impression more intense workout with fewer sections. This workout will definitely stay in my rotations. The workout is a 10 out of 10.

I have been seeing an Olivia Lawson workout on my FYP. I decided to give her a walking workout a chance and so far so good. I did her 20 Min Walking Workout For Weight Loss. The workout was a lot of fun and the moves are easy to do which is a plus. This workout is a 10 out of 10.

Now these walking workouts are workouts I have done in the month of February/March. I have done these workouts at most twice but I like the workouts because they got my feet wet when it comes to getting back to working out.
