October Workout Playlist

2025 has been a really rough year and there are no excuses there is nothing but working change. At first, I want to go back on Ozempic, but vanity kicks in, and my edges start growing back, and I don’t want it to fall out again. To be honest, I want to do it alone this time. I know the tools and I need to work on doing it alone.

Week 1 & 2: Off Week

I need a break from all of my working out and I also need to restructure my workout.

Week 3, 4 & 5: Let The Restructure Begins

While restructuring my workout I decided to give up my Cathe app. I’m not on that level anymore and truthfully I could never catch on and I was ready for a new change and I found my change on YouTube.

*Starting Over With Step Aerobics*

I turn to YouTube so I can work on my step aerobics. I put together two playlists one of which is Step With Bird and the other is a step aerobics playlist. I was excited when Step With Bird came out with her step aerobics because I love her yoga channel.

The step aerobics workout is called 15 Min Low Impact Step Aerobics. I love this workout the routines are easy for me to do and a very easy way to get my steps up. I’m trying to do over 10000 steps a day which in all actuality is hard without the extra walking I do at work. Step Aerobics is the easiest way to get those steps up. The routine is not hard to follow and you aren’t moving competitively. I consider it my slow and easy workout. This workout is a 10 out of 10. On my first day, I did this workout twice.

I guess this was a workout with Bird because my yoga practice came from the Yoga With Bird channel. The practice is called Yoga Stretch to Destress. This is a 6-minute practice and it really helps me with my anxiety and my stiffness in my knee. The practice is a 10 out of 10.

The next workout is a 30 Minute Walking Workout To Lose Belly Fat. This is a new workout from Fit By Sally, I enjoy her workout because of the movement and the time flies when doing the workout. The workout is a 10 out of 10.

This practice is called Incredible Morning Yoga Stretch. I enjoy this practice because it helps with my knees. This practice is good if you need help with stiffness before work or when you start your day. The practice is a 10 out of 10.

The following workout is from LWR’s newest playlists. The workout is a 5-minute Abs and Waist. AS usual LWR workout does not disappoint especially with working with the core and the abs. A quick workout makes it easier to do other workouts. If you’re looking to do a standing abs workout (I’m too the point that I’m not much on standing workouts) the workout is a 10 out of 10.

The following practice is another practice from Yoga With Bird. The practice is a 7-minute yoga Stretch With Overall Health. I love her practice because of anxiety andof course my stiffness. This practice is 10 out of 10.

The following workout is a 10-minute low-impact HIIT Workout. Although I love my walking workout, mini steppers, and of course step aerobics but I love a HIIT workout because it helps with jumpstarting my metabolism, and as a woman over 40 I will take all of the help that I can get. As usual, her workouts fly by and the moves are easy to follow. The workout is a 10 out of 10.

Second day my yoga practice was Yoga With Bird with overall health see the earlier paragraph about it.

The following workout is one of my favorite workouts that I found on YouTube. And that’s Boxflex Barbie Step Aerobics workout. One of the reasons I gave up the Cathe Friedrich app is that I could never keep up with her step aerobics workouts. With my knee injury, I didn’t want to give up step aerobics. So on YouTube, I looked for beginner step aerobics and I found BowFlew Barbies’ channel. I love her step aerobics even the longer workout I love. I haven’t gotten past the beginner workout but trust me even with the beginner workout you will sweat and get a good workout. The workout is called 40 Min Beginner Step Aerobics hip hop edition. The workouts are a lot of fun and the moves aren’t hard to do. And you get a water break in between. This workout is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this workout if you want to get your steps in and get a good sweat.

The following workouts are from my new LWR playlists. Although one of the workouts is my favorite. The first workout is one of my favorites. The workout is from the 7-minute workout series and this one is the drop a dress size. This one is one of my favorites because these moves will target your trouble areas. It also mixed cardio with muscle structure. The workout is under 12 minutes and you will target all of the body parts to look good in that little dress. The workout is a 10 out of 10.

The following workouts are of LWR’s new workouts. This workout is called Walking Workout At Home. This is a 20-minute workout that mixes toning with walking which is one of my favorite things to do. LWR workout never disappoints especially her walking workout. This workout is a 10 out of 10.

The following workout is another LWR. This workout is also one of my favorites. This workout is called Full Body Sculpt. I love Full Body Sculpt this is the sister workout of Drop A Dress Size. Like Drop A Dress Size this is a workout is a workout is to prep for getting back in that sexy dress that you have in the back of your closet. The workout is short of twenty minutes long and has three intervals by the third time all of the moves get easier. This workout is a ten out of ten.

The next workout is another walking workout by LWR. The workout is called Walking The Weight Off. The workout is 20 minutes long, and these are new moves but the same intensity. This workout is a ten out of ten.

The following practice comes from the Yoga With Bird the practice is called Relaxing Yoga Stress Relief. As a person who suffers from anxiety attacks. I tried to do yoga as often as possible. I love Yoga With Bird yoga videos she has a very calming presence. Her yoga video really helps with my anxiety because I am unable to turn my mind off (which is not easy for me) and relax before work or before bed. I rate this practice a 10 out of 10.

The following workout is another new LWR workout. This workout is also part of the 7 Min Workout series it is called 7 Days To Reduce Visceral Belly. This type of workout is what made me fall in love with the LWR workout in the first place. Because you aren’t working on your core or abs, this workout focuses on working on the belly fat. The moves are very strategic and focus on toning that area. This workout is a 10 out of 10.

The following workout is the O.G. LWR workout (at least for me) the workout is also from the 7 Minute Workout series also and it’s called to Lose Belly Fat. I know you are wondering why I am doing two of the same workouts. That easy answer although it seems the same it is not because the moves are not the same. This workout is one of the ones that stays in all of my LWR workouts. This workout is a 10 out of 10.

The following workout is from my LWR first playlist. And these workouts are some of my favorites.

The following workouts are is LWR 4 Min Arms workout. This workout is one of my favorites because it’s a mini workout and you are working on your arms using your own body weight. Don’t let the 4 minutes fool you afterwards you will feel the afterburn. I rate this workout a 10 out of 10.

The following workout is one of my favorite LWR walking workouts. This workout is a 20 20-minute walk and Tone. What makes this workout one of my favorites is that it’s in the snow and the countryside in France. I love the moves and it inspires me when I want to give up because she is working out in the snow. Of course, this workout is a 10 out of 10.

This workout is from the newest playlist and the workout is from the 5 Min series. This workout is called 5 Min Core. I love any type of LWR workout when it comes to the abs. And this mini workout is a definite repeater. The workout is a 10 out of 10.

The following workout is also a new one called 20 Minute Walk Off Your Belly Fat. Of course, you know I love anything that works your belly fat. This workout muscle structure is different I think because you are directly working on your belly fat. Which is important. To me, this workout has more muscle-strengthening than cardio. Nevertheless, I love this workout and it is definitely a 10 out of 10.

This practice is one of my favorites. It’s from the yoga With Bird channel and it’s called Relaxing Yoga Tob Fall Asleep. This practice is one of my favorites because if you suffer from insomnia like I do this practice will help you sleep. I have fallen asleep a couple of times after doing this practice. I give it a 10 out of 10.

The following workout is from my LWR first playlist. The workout is called the 15 Minute Standing Abs workout. What made me fall in love with this workout is that you are working on your abs standing up. The moves are fun and strategic. I give this workout a 10 out of 10.

The following workout is from one of my favorite mini stepper instructors and it’s called the 30 Min HIIT Steppers workout Lower Body. What I love about Adrizzi22 is that she isn’t a trainer and she has a “real body” and she’s on a fitness journey. This workout consists of 40 seconds of working on the mini steppers and 40 seconds of lower body training and 40 seconds rest. I love the workout because you can have cardio and strength training. I give it 10 out of 10.

This is one of my favorite stretching-cooldown workouts. It’s the LWR 5 Minute Stretch workout. I love it because you can stretch and it’s a quick cooldown. Like all of the LWR workouts, this stretching workout works all of your muscles. It’s a 10 out of 10.

October went pretty well of course I am still trying to figure out what works for me but all and all the changes went pretty well.
