At the beginning of the year, I started doing mini workouts that I found on Instagram. Then I fell off but when I gained twenty pounds back and I was diagnosed with the early stages of arthritis. I knew that I had to be serious about fitness. I rewired my mini workout along with my other workout which wasn’t easy. But I decided to take it layer by layer. I decided to start over with my mini workouts also. I start with this lower abs workout. Off and on I have been having problems with my knees so I don’t feel comfortable doing any type of floor abs work.
I ran across this lower abs workout and I love that it was standing. I enjoy this workout I decided the only way I am going to see results is if I work out for at least a month. I usually don’t enjoy any type of abs workout whether it’s standing or on the floor.
I enjoy this workout because it’s working your lower, abs using different movements. I enjoy this workout and unlike other mini workouts, I enjoy this workout. If you are pressed for time and you want to work on your abs I recommend this workout a definite 10 out of 10.
